NOVA ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION SERVICES​

he overall scope of this program involved the construction of 60 new facilities throughout the Chicago area. Services included the construction management of new schools, fire stations, police stations, libraries, parks and water treatment plants, as well as constructability reviews and environmental site remediation engineering.

During this program, the PBC (Public Building Commission) averaged $500 million per year work-in-place. The entire program was on-time and under budget, and achieved a record of more than 40 percent MBE/WBE participation for professional services and construction.

Every structure achieved a minimum of LEED Silver certification.
